HAVE A LISTEN TO SONGS & WARMUPS....
UNISONg provides a supportive and inclusive environment for members to meet each Monday evening during school terms (7.00-8.30 pm) and improve their wellbeing through meaningful and directed musical connection. We are a 'come when you can & performing is optional' choir because our focus is on women within the community experiencing the joys and benefits of group singing.
WHAT DO OUR MEMBERS SAY ABOUT UNISONg?
Singing in a group strengthens a community’s social connection, health education and wellbeing outcomes, including mental health.
Tania de Jong, Australian soprano, said,
“When we sing with others there is something really magical as we sing in harmony together.
Not only do we breathe together, but studies have shown that our hearts start to beat together.”
In Term 4, 2024 UNISONg will begin singing together again on Monday, October 14.
Come and sing with us at any time during the term - we are a welcoming, 'come when you can', non-auditioned choir. We would be very happy to welcome you - just come and try and see why women are loving UNISONg.
